JOB DESCRIPTION – CHCNAV Technical Support (Vietnam)

Position: Technical Support Engineer

Department: Technical / Customer Support

Location: Hanoi

Salary: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND/month

Level: Fresh Graduate / Entry Level

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and fast-learning Technical Support Engineer to join CHCNAV’s Vietnam team. This position is ideal for newly graduated students who have strong learning ability and good communication skills in English or Chinese. You will provide technical support to customers and partners, assist in product testing, training, troubleshooting, and work closely with the sales team to deliver excellent customer experience.

2. Key Reéponsibilities

Provide technical support for CHCNAV products (GNSS, surveying equipment, GIS solutions, mapping equipment, etc.).

Assist customers and dealers with installation, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Conduct product training, demonstrations, and basic user guidance.

Support technical documentation: prepare user guides, FAQs, and training materials for Vietnam market.

Coordinate with regional technical teams to handle advanced technical issues.

Test devices, firmware, and software; provide feedback to improve local product performance.

Maintain accurate records of customer issues and solutions.

Assist sales team in pre-sales technical support when needed.

Continuously update knowledge about CHCNAV technology, GNSS systems, and surveying solutions.

3. Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy, Surveying, GIS, Engineering, IT, or related fields.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

Good English or Chinese communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).

Strong self-study ability, eagerness to learn new technology.

Basic understanding of GNSS, surveying workflows, or mapping systems (training provided).

Good problem-solving skill and logical thinking.

Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsible, hardworking, willing to travel for customer support.

Plus (Not required but beneficial)

Experience using GNSS devices, total stations, or mapping equipment.

Previous internship in surveying, GIS, construction, or technical support.
